frequency counter not working

I haad used this in pc in protues it worked but in hardware its not working
i let the 15 and 16 pin open of my 16x2 display
could you please send me the pcb file (not pdf)

Ajay probably does not have a PCB file.
As the wiring is fairly simple,
you could build it on stripboard

What hardware have you built ?
In what way is it "not working" ?
Does is put anything on screen ?

there can be many problem that is relevant to your hardware
1) oscillator should be properly attached with controller pins
2) reset circuitry should be attached
3) fine soldering some dry sold can be a problem
4) proper lcd connections with controller
15 and 16 is the back light led of lcd
if it is unconnected there will be no problem
contrast variable resistor for lcd should be attached to 3rd pin of lcd
