but not ATMEL microcontroller.

There may not be an exact equivalent .
You will have to tell us what features you need.

sir,
i used microcontroller 89v51rd2 in circuit. Now this ic is not available in mumbai market.
If available it is very costly. I need pin compatible microcontroller to replace it. In ATMEL
microcontroller i faced problem that if their is slight variation in smps voltage microcontroller failed.

I think its important to list out the features of this controller that are in use in your project, only then think of a replacement. You can look into P89V51RD2 but will lack certain features that you are getting in Atmel version.
