pickit 3 prgramming
I suggest you to try with another chip of same and different type both. Just to make sure your PICKIT is fine. PIC is not able to detect your device its clear.ajay_bhargav

another chip is also same problem... i am confused ... my connection is also seems good because reading successfully... write shows error every time...

It is *NOT* reading successfully !
There is no sign that anything is working.
Post a diagram of the board the PIC is mounted on while being programmed.
Mark all the connections to the PICKIT3.

Remove all power connections to the circuit at the end of the board.
Remove the grey wire next to the 10k resistor.
Use a meter to check you have 5 volts between pin 8 and pin 20.
If you have 5 volts, try to read the chip ID.

hey now its working fine its a mistake of mine connecting the vcc to mclr makes issue...
