8051 code help

please see the zipped schematic in proteus , what I need is a code in kiel c to control the output of the 74ls138 to turn off
one after the other. I cant write a code that will control the input of the 74ls138 from the controller.

what exactly are you suppose to do in this? I feel its too simple you should give a try yourself first. Here is a hint, read about 8051 ports in 8051 manual or datasheet.

Ajay, am trying to build a moving text display using the 74ls138 to drive the row and a 74ls164 to drive the column, so am doing this in bits to learn more about the 8051 microcontroller and c programming thanks
