Hi,
M new to avr micros family, in fact never used before, but now m impressed with their high performance. i heard/read ppl saying avr micros don't have much instructions bank as much as 8051. there may be less instruction set for avr in asm but what if we use embdd c?? is there full freedom to use all instructions in c for avr??

Though you've got the answer; Just for information, You cannot change the number of instructions available to you in your controller. So it does not make a difference if you are using C or ASM total no. instructions will still remains same. usually C compiler takes care of generating right assembly code and using appropriate instruction set for every statement you write. So Feel free to code in C without bothering about no. of instructions
