Can i make Furl work also locally (on WAMP)?

Hi,
the reason that i want this is because i want to configure the whole site and then upload it. I always do that because i want to test the site first that works properly.

Yes it will work. FURL uses Apache's mod_rewrite module so if your server is apache it should work.
I do all my testing locally on xampp (similar to WAMP).
Please do all testing before uploading it to production server.

if your e107 is installed in root then yes
RewriteBase /
also make sure that mod_rewrite is enabled in apache. if its not enabled then edit httpd.conf file and uncomment the the mod_rewrite line.
