How to begin?

Sure. i hope you have decided how you are going to start your board. you have the circuit diagram with you. Just start it now what are you waiting for. if you feel any problem then ask me.

In Viet Nam,we aproach the fact difficultly because there are not many labs for students practice.Ok,I will ask my lecturer for his help.

Lab is not so important you can make things at your home. well yes some costly things like "Oscilloscope" are not available as such at home. but you can make a small lab at home and make projects there
Is there any other problem regarding the project? you can ask me.. anytime

A lab at home.A great ideal I have never though about.What I must have for the lab?

There are few important things which you need to have in a electronics lab.
1. Power Supply or SMPS (you can use a computer Power supply which can give u 5V, 12V, -12V)
2. Wire Cutter
3. Wire Stripper
4. Solder Ion, Flux, lead
5. A programmer (must for controller you are working on, or if you have an ISP controller then this point can be ignored)
6. Screw Driver (just incase)
7. A PC (with internet for references and datasheets. you can save a copy of each datasheet you view so next time there is no need of download)
8. (optional) Common components like wires, resistors used freequently, capacitors, crystals etc.

Last but not least A BreadBoard if you dont like soldering or.. small component testing

Rest you will add yourself when u feel you need something
