[b]sir , we need ur help in home automation project posted by u . 1. the circuit diagram ( control and display section ) (attached )there is 3 switch and resistance of 10 k is connected .. and writen ENTER , UP , DOWN can u tell me the details about it and usage .. 2. do u have any circuit diagram on relay circuit interfaced in the appliance section .can we use ULN2003A ic and then relays ?? 3. now in programming the code is written by u is in c . which book should we follow .. do u have any ebook link ..?? 4. the mc is connected with pc through serial port .that pc is the server . now we connect a client pc with the server and give instruction and it will be processed at server .. but in microcontroller the program is burned . wht is the use of server and mc .

The use of these buttons is to read messages. when you open Enter button, it will open the messages. and Up/Down will help you scrolling in the messages.

Yes, you may use ULN2003A for connecting relays. and with that you can control any 230V appliance, the LEDs are just a demostrative representation of the applicances. which just show the switching of relays or appliance.

No, I dont have any Ebook for this, but if you have downloaded the evaluation version from keil website, then you get the books from there. I will upload the orginal PDFs from keil, for A51 and C51. its a user manual and will help you in both High level assembly as well as Embedded C.

Server is just used for providing an inteface over the internet. whatever command you will send over telnet window/internet, will be sent to microcontroller for processing. nothing else. PC is just a replacement for costly embedded ethernet module. So everything is down inside the MC not in PC.
