Using alternate fields for "location"

Rickey,

I had a few questions about the Map Plug-in.


I have a website for the local Amateur Radio Emergency Service group that has about 60 or so volunteer members, and we would like to plot their locations on a map. Can Map Me show all the members on a map?


Also, I have 3 Extended user fields that I would like to use, instead of using the Location Extended field.

They are: Street, Town, Zipcode.
Is there anyway to mod the code so that I can use the existing fields, instead of the "Location Field".

Thanks for the help. If this works out, the map plug-in should allow us to see where our members are.

I was also wondering if it were possible to always have the username shown on the map pushpin?


Also - I am unable to get the default view to work correctly. I've tried using the admin panel, and I also tried hacking the php file using the code in another thread.

I'm using e107 7.15 and mapme 1.3

maybe in the next release i could provide option to give table name for user location. regarding extra fields, i think that is not possible coz they may change from person to person.
