hai friends,
I want study the communication protocols scuh as i2c, CAN, 1 wire protocol with practical exposure. I have p89c51rd2,p89c51ed2 8 bit microcontrollers and m16 16 bit microcontollers. suggest an economical method.

every protocol has information in a document.. you can study documents..
For I2C protocol information try this: I2C Specifications from NXP
For CAN: CAN Specifications from Bosch
1-Wire protocol: 1 wire protocol specification from dallas
If you need more info you can always search for google. you will find plenty of stuff there. and if you need any help Rickey's World is here
