hello anybody can tell about 20Mhz crystal oscillator and how it will be connected to PIC 16f876a

Check the data sheet of PIC 16F876A, there'll be reference as to how to connect external clock

Pin 9, 10 - is for crystal connections.
also you need to set configuration bits to use external crystal (XT) in your program.
