T290i Cell Broadcast Messages

With T290i I can't get cell broadcast messages.
AT
OK
AT+CMGF=1
OK
AT+CNMI=2,1,2,0,0
OK
AT+CSCB=0,"50"
OK
For this code i must get AT+CBM result. But I cant get.
What is the problem?

AT+CNMI=2,1,2,0,0
AT+CSCB=0,"50","1"

I am sure this will work.
