dc motor control

i want 2 interface a dc motor with 8051 but i need circuit description..should i have 2 use uln2803???? or something else! plzzzz help me!

no the interface is really simple. Make use of L293D refer to the datasheet, for more help. Its the best motor driver for dc motors as well as stepper motors. Its of very simple interface.

no need to use uln2803, make use of L293D H bridge motor driver. Not costly, and very simple interface. It is used not only to drive dc motors but also stepper motors also. So you can use it, interfacing it with controller is very simple. See datasheet formore more details.
