I really do not understand what you are trying to do..
i am say.. in the e_module and sitelinks.sc file replace .html with .php

eg.
a like is... page$1.html make it page$1.php
and same change u have to do in the .htaccess
but search engine like to see .html rather than .php
but not much of difference.. just tel you about the priority of the SEs

okey.. but when I change it to php my news section goes corrupt.. it only shows the end section of the first newspost. eg posted by and date

when I uncommeted the rewriterule for the news section it appered again..

Well i need to test this thing on my local server.. only then i can say something.. actually i never tried it.. but if u ask me.. for SEs html is preferable so think again once till then wait unless i test it on my server.
