How to get the right GPS data and setting

With the GPS antenna in the outdoors, I use the ublox software to view my coordinates. After I set the baud rate and other options settings for the GPS module. However, only the time can be displayed in the Text Console and no other information can be displayed.

After that, I used the software recovery settings to recover the GPS module. But this still has no effect.

But when I measured the GPS TX pin with an oscilloscope, I found a square wave signal of about 3v. Can view the picture below

Has anyone encountered such a situation, how can I solve it?

Your unit is communicating, so I assume the GPS signal is just not good enough.
Check your aerial connection.
Try the aerial flat, on edge etc.
Try moving further from surrounding buildings, trees etc that might block the signal.
Getting a lock the first time can take a while, leave it at least 30 minutes.
